Is going to a VCT engine worth it vs an ef sohc? I have aftermarket fuel rails and ts fpr and a bunch of nice stuff I think I could put on it on the side

Did I hear stock ECU? I’m currently installing a turbo on my AU Falcon & still haven’t decided on tuning route, either j3, haltech or stock ecu if it’s an option. Would love some details!
