Not necessarily I probably did more than I need to as long as the turbo is healthy doesn't change much 🤷‍♂️

@@OwenBarlow You'll know better after the dog days of summer. Wondered though if the outside corner of the elbow might have been better chamfered a bit to ease turbulence. I shouldn't talk though since my turbo install was so tight I have a single length of box tubing bolted flat on the side of the head with the turbo flange welded straight to it. Purists will cringe if they see the little convertible while coal rollers might like it. Hopefully despite the taping off of things you still used a good AC system flush to clean out any corruption left in the evaporator and condenser along with all the lines. Some would be shocked at how much grunge and metal filings can be flushed out of what they thought was a clean system. Best!
