If you have the ComfyUI Manager installed, you can click the "Install Models" button and search for GFPGAN and you should be able to install it from there.

The problem is, all my attempts using Comfyui are a mutated group of cavemen, he's nervous as it is, he said my AI art will make him the laughing stock. Im in fashion and I would love to know if there is way to have a img of a model and have and img of a piece of clothing and have them merge and have the clothing actually look okay. PS is a pain!

The quick answer is YES, and you can do it most precisely by creating a model of the dress itself with as much detail as possible. That way you'll get the best consistency. And if you did have what they call a LORA model of it, you could probably do exactly what I'm doing in this video and have the same outfit in every shot. I may give that a try as an experiment!

Hey, Bob, i need some help, please. I'm following everything according to the class, but in the final detail when I do the Bypass to change the face nothing happens. The ReActor window is "blinking" as if it had not been able to execute the command. Can you tell me what could be happening?

I do have an idea. They changed it since I made that video and now there are a few places in the reactor node that need the values changed. The gender detection needs to be set, as well as the source and index values (to 0 to start) I think that’s it…

I had similar problems. The solution for me was to set face_restore_visibility (number between 0 and 1) codeformer_weight (number between 0 and 1) gender source and gender input -> no source_faces_index 0 input_faces _index 0

After installing the missing module (ReActor) from the ComfyUI manager, I see these errors in the command window: Getting requirements to build wheel: finished with status 'error' error: subprocess-exited-with-error ModuleNotFoundError: No module named 'Cython' Getting requirements to build wheel did not run successfully Status: The 'insightface==0.7.3' distribution was not found and is required by the application ModuleNotFoundError: No module named 'insightface' The module stays red even though it shows as installed. I definitely don't expect you to troubleshoot the issue. Been looking around the web and haven't found a way to fix this. Everything else works on all other workflows. Seems to just be an issue with the ReActor module. Have really been enjoying your content!

Hi! Amazing content, but I'm curious because it's hard to see on youtube clearly... Sometimes it looks like able to change the face shape. Is it? Or I'm just seeing things? What I know before, it can't change face shape.. but 1 or 2 image on betty seems adjust the jaw. Again, just want to make sure since I can't see it clearly here. THankssss :D

Actually, this swapper DOES sometimes make changes to the face shape, which is incredible. Sometimes it works better than others, but it makes a huge difference over older tech that didn't at all.

I keep encountering this problem with reactorfaceswap. When loading the graph, the following node types were not found: ReActorFaceSwap Nodes that have failed to load will show as red on the graph. I noticed that issue when trying to import it on another workflow, any idea ?
