My vehicle is Ford Figo (titanium 2013)...Run 94k . Recently vehicle got over heated and smoke came out from inside bonnet coolant tank side...Replaced thermostat elbow and filled with new coolant . Apparently ,the heating problem was solved...But the pick up of the vehicle has decreased drastically especially climbing hills etc...What action i should take to reclaim lost pick up.Pls reply.🙏.( Yes there is oil seen where you have mentioned in the video at the entry of that hose connecting turbo)

I would recommend that you get your engine's turbo seals checked , also clean the air filter... And then check if your maf sensor is working properly or not , Well to do that you need to disconnect the maf sensor coupler and run your vehicle without it .. if you feel the engine is running better , then your maf sensor could be faulty, well this can happen due to electrical surge or excessive heat in the engine compartment. Faulty maf sensor leads to poor mileage and pickup issues , but if you feel the performance is still the same then mostly the sensor is fine .. Add 20ml 2t oil in 5 litres of diesel and run your vehicle , this will make a difference. Finally disconnect both the battery terminals for 10 mins , this will reset the ecu and your vehicle will re learn the air fuel ratio and re adjust the fuel curve automatically .. if this is gonna work you will feel the difference in less then 15 kms of driving the vehicle. If all this doesn't work , then there is nothing much i can suggest from here , Good luck and i hope your vehicle regains the lost power.

Hey brother I am experiencing some black smoke issues with my fiesta classic diesel The garage guy said the turbo needs to be replaced The issues is when I am driving there’s not much smoke but when it’s accelerated it give crazy amounts of black smoke Also there’s some oil on the front of the turbo What do you suggest should be done

There will always be some amount of oil visible in the turbo inlet .. just make sure your turbo shaft is not excessively worn , check for shaft play , if there is excessive play it will spray some oil into the intake which will lead to blue smoke.. If you vehicle is giving blue smoke under hard acceleration , thats also a clear sign of worn turbo seals , worse case piston rings are worn out. But in you case i would suggest to get you egr cleaned and airfilter replaced with a new one, With that , mix one puch of 2t oil in 5 litera of diesel fuel , this will aid you fuel pump and injectors , and you will see a clear bump in your acceleration and smoke will also be reduced. If these tips improve your engine condition , if not than the only option left is to replace your turbo core , which would cost you 4500 at most for the part itself , labour charges extra. Also put one can of waxpol engjne oil saver in you engine oil it will help in imporving lubricantion plus will also aid to your worn parts if any. Will help in reducing smoke. Bhai innova 2007 me idle pe knocking hai.. Race karne me nahi aati.. Back Compression hai but oil kam nahi hota.. Mileage, pickup acha hai.. Kabi kabi starting k waqt tez smoke deti hai.. Pls reply..

Diesel me 20ml per 5 liter ke hisab se 2t oil mix kar ke gaadi chahiye , isse apka knocking ka issue solve hoga , agar gaadi me starting ke time pe smoke aa rha hai usse case me turbo seal leakage ke liye check karwaiye , agar turbo seals shi hain then gaadi me valve guides ka kaam ho sakta .. because smoke tabhi aayegaa jab engine oil combustion chamber me burn hoga , issko shi karne ke liye , ap apke gaadi me waxpoll engine oil saver daal ke deekhiye ye engine ke worn parts me chipak jaata hai aur leaks ko prevent karta hai , iss product ka link apko discription me mil jaayegaa.

Apka turbo check kariye mostly wahi kharab hoo jaata hai tab engine oil jaane lagta hai cylinder me fuel ke saath ,jo ki aache se burn nhi hoo paata aur blue smoke usske wajay se hi dikhta hai , agar turbo me kami nhi hai toh fir dikkat gaadi ke head me hoo sakti hai , waise mere experience me turbo pehle kharab hota hai.. baaki agar apke gaadi me dip stick method se check karriye ki back pressure zaada toh nhi hai , agar engine garam hone ke baad dip stick se oil ya smoke zaada aa rha ho (jab ap gaadi ke engine ko 2 se 3k ke rpm pe revv kare toh dikkat piston rings ki bhi hoo sakti hai.. waise agar gaadi 1 lakh kms se kam chali hai aur time pe service hui hai toh aise hona muskil hai.. fir bhi check kar ligiyega.

If you have a Diesel engine .. get turbo seals checked , If you have a petrol engine , get your valves and valve seals checked. Add waxpol engine oil saver , to your engine oil to reduce your blue smoke issue , this will only work if you have minor to less than normal blue smoke , continuous blue smoke will be reduced but cannot be totally solved with this product..
