As a small child I always wondered if regular aerobatic planes could fly straight up, it turns out that they couldn’t except for one of them, this one.

I saw this plane at an airshow. It was the only prop plane Im aware of with more thrust than weight. It could climb straight up, slow until it hung there like a helicopter, then accelerate up straight up.

all i can say is wow knowing a little about the plane and what it took to build a that beast OMG 10k FPM climb rate. Makes me think about a pilot i got to watch and named Mark Fullerton.
