Mine was shipped in a cold pack but my mail was held at the post office because someone ran over my mail box! LOL. Is it still any good? It felt cool but not cold! I already tried dr tims and taking to long! Finally my ammonia is down though from so many water change but nitrite sky high and nitrates mid point! Do I add more ammonia? i think its at 0.25. I am going to at least give it a try!

i just got my bottle off of amazon and it came in a thermo bag and with a coldpack with it. i just keep it in the fridge to keep it cold.

Because you got it off amazon and amazon doesn't cold store it. Odds are most if not ALL that was in the bottle was killed off due to excess time in non optimal temperatures
