It is, but even as a TAS it would be lame, since the only few attacks that doesn't hurt Pichu himself is A-mashing and Z grabs. Edit: I forgot about the 2nd Brinstar stage, I'm not too sure it's possible as Pichu can't make the last jumps with only his normal jumps..
