I'm so glad I found this! You've got a new subscriber! I've never made anything other than a simple string of one line of beads, and I wanted to make something nicer for my best friend without it being difficult. This video stuck out because her favorites are green and purple and I really love the aesthetic of DNA! Instead of white in the middle, I alternated green and purple so it looks like the twisted strands of DNA and I love how it came out! Thanks so much!

@SafeHavenCollective5 жыл бұрын
@@TurboBeads it turned out okay i guess. Used the Pony Bead Lacing from Michael's, only issue is that it doesn't hold the diamond shape when i put it on so i have to go around and "reset" the diamonds. Still pretty cool to make, might try using elastic cord instead since my smaller wrist requires weird half sizes.
@TurboBeads5 жыл бұрын
@@SafeHavenCollective hmmm? What pony bead lacing is it from Michaels? Is it a round thick plastic lace? What's it called? What size pony beads are you using? There's a way to get it all to stay. We will figure this out together, im gonna start working on some strategies to ensure they retain the shape of the diamond...
@SafeHavenCollective5 жыл бұрын
@@TurboBeads hey man, thanks for the reply! The lacing is the Michael's Creatology and the pony beads are just the standard size, like what you use in your videos. When I made it I was making sure to pull the formation together tightly, it only comes undone when i stretch to put it on.
