I assume this uses A4 size paper (210 x 297mm or 8.27 x 11.69 inches). I dont have quite the right paper so the flaps aren't very pronounced, but it did work! I'm very happy! 😀 Also, I have found, if it isnt working, try bending the wings up a bit. It seemed to help

Does there have to be a certain amount of wind outside because mine flaps a tiny bit and then glides down. And it doesn't exactly stay in the air for a long time (about 1.5 seconds)

It doesn’t in the video is missing a step. After your air plane is finished flip it upside down and open up the little flaps on the bottom. It will make it flap more

Love these planes, they are super cool! However, the only way I could get mine to flap properly was to curl the back edges of the wings to form an upward slanting curve from the center line to the first fold of the wing, and it also helps if you gently bend the tips of each wing so they are tilted downwards just slightly!!
