I have been watching a lot of reviews on this. Kawasaki 650 is an extremely comfortable tourer as per reviews. Honda also, but it is quite expensive compared to Kawasaki 650. 650 has parallel twin, whereas Honda is an inline-4 cylinder. Both are quite different in terms of power delivery, but it is linear. Triumph and Ducati - stay away since service and spares issue.
