You have fixed the problem with all side by sides and their stupid CVT transmissions which leads to a droning exhaust. A manual 6 speed would make every side by side so much nicer.

you can get an engine for around 750 to 1000. You use the gsxr trans and use a chain drive to either a center center sprool or to the stock rzr transfer case

No, is rear wheel drive with no reverse. Does not use the stock transfer case it use a rear center spool which is a bearing carrier with a stub axle in it that a sprocket and a brake rotor attach too. I'll put some pics up this week so people can see.

At 2:07 engine sounds like it blew a intake pipe loose, can no longer hear the blow offs after and can hear what seems like an air leak. Sweet little ride though!!

it is feed off the engine and there is a hose on the turbo drain running to a 12 volt scavage pump that feeds back to the oil pan. The pump came from schnitz racing, go to turbo accessories, its under their or u can get them off ebay

RZR's cages always look so.. dinky to me.. Where is the V bar for the cab cage? Or the bar that goes from the top pillar corner down? Or for that matter any roof bracing? No triangulation in the rear for the cab either.. These things have like.. 2 main tubes for the whole roof cage, and one little dinky cross bar in the front.. At these speeds you damn sure as well have a SCORE/BITD spec rollcage lol..

Scott, you have done what i have thought they should do for side by sides for a long time, a motor that shifts, and for extra fun throwing a turbo on it. Being able to shift one of these instead of just matting the gas like a gokart has to be a riot to drive plus boosting it your smile must be from ear to ear, how many lbs of boost are you running? Awesome job. You got any video/photos of the motor and everything in it, love to see how you set it up for a bass line to work from.

I used an rpm gear box. U could put a sprocket on ur gear box. It will be geared pretty low. Use a double chain. I used double 50 chain. It runs way cooler put the load threw 2 chains

Ah you got a custom cage, good job, but i've seen a lot of stock RZR cages and they look like a death trap.. V bars in the front aren't that bad.. they dont have to be the same diameter tube as the rest of the cage.

Plans? Like how I build it, I lay everything out in my head and start cutting and fitting. Have to figure out what drive line components you want to use and go from their. The gear box is the most important part. I have used 3 different ones and they all break. A spool with no reverse is the most reliable.

I used rpm gearbox. Broke it three times then went to Tom Pro designs box. Its bigger/ heavier but holds up

636Kawi It has a clutch pedal. It is a CNC peddle assembly. Had to cut out the plastic around the stock peddles and replaced it with a custom aluminum panel
