I feel this is my favorite of your pieces .When I speak to Christ I am almost never sure if I am doing it right ... makes me question everything else. This summed my relationship with God . our humanity needs an anchor. An anchor never questions why the ship was rocking or why it chose that direction... it just anchors . In that logic ... it gives me peace cause I am aware , now I know He will synchronize everything in due time . Thank you for this . May God bless you

This is a reassuring tradition from Islam which I thought I would share: Abu Hurayrah reported: The Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him, said, “If your sins were to reach to the heavens and then you repented, God would still accept your repentance.” Don't give up on yourself when He hasn't. Keep going ✨
@learningadab3 жыл бұрын
@@johnallen1069 in one narration, our tradition has it that God said: “O son of Adam, so long as you call upon Me and ask of Me, I shall forgive you for what you have done, and I shall not mind. O son of Adam, were your sins to reach the clouds of the sky and were you then to ask forgiveness of Me, I would forgive you. O son of Adam, were you to come to Me with sins nearly as great as the earth and were you then to face Me, ascribing no partner to Me, I would bring you forgiveness nearly as great as it.” (Tirmidhi) We cannot comprehend His forgiveness, nor does He ever get tired. Being human means we slip; what matters is how we react after we inevitably fail. May God guide our hearts 🙏🏽

“I pray for a day when I’m finally familiar with peace. When it stays for more than a moment, and my mind slips back into the slot it was meant to be in.” These words are exactly what I needed to hear right now. I’m at a point in my life where any decision I make will determine my future. I should be excited about these choices, but all I feel is anxiety. Turbulence. I can’t seem to find a way out of this busy mind. I pray that god will help me through this.

Finding peace in the middle of the storm can be so challenging but I'm learning that I need to renew my mind daily, and find for my soul, things that points me back to God so I can remember to fix my eyes on him. I try remind myself of Isaiah 26:3

The turbulence video described exactly how I feel when I talk to God. I fear am I obeying him? Am I following his commandments? Am I doing something that displeases him? There are many days where I feel grateful when I pray and then there's something negative that happens. God has led me to a career path in nursing, but I'm scared to apply due to fear. So I can relate when I have these doubts about how God feels about me. I also want to thank God for leading me towards your videos. I found your content two years ago when I was stress and overwhelmed and now I'm pursuing a career that was meant for me. I found it interesting you started seeking God around the same time I started to believe in Jesus. I find it amazing because your content helps me understand the Bible a bit more and help me understand what it means to have a relationship with God. I want to thank God for directing me towards your content, but I also want to wish you Miles a blessed life🙏🏾

This got to me right on time!!! Anxiety has a way of making you feel like you're all alone. It is like everyone has their life figured out and you can't get it right. It's refreshing to see someone be vulnerable and open about their anxious thoughts. I second guess every division and I'm so scared to make any mistakes! One quote that has got me through is, "A bird sitting on a tree is never afraid of the branch breaking because her trust is not on the branch but on its own wings." God is my wing and I trust that he'll see me through. Thank you for sharing.

I loved how you described synchronicity in your life that seems to come up in glimpses. The feeling honestly goes beyond words and is immensely beautiful. I recently heard a talk where the speaker described addiction to be something that we unhealthily use to stay away from being with ourselves. By recognizing our own divinity, an exploration of god is an exploration of self. I think you have chosen a very healthy path. I’m not trying to say I have the answers, because I have very few, but here are some things that have helped me immensely with indecision and anxiety. I `think indecision is the main root of my history of anxiety as well. 1. Spending more genuine time with others, cooking with others, talking deeply with others, showing affection to others (especially with people who just accept who you are) (tough I know with the pandemic, but I have tried to find it with the people I live with) 2. The Wim Hof method (breathwork, cold exposure, mindfulness) 3. Time outside in nature among the trees 4. The use of psychedelic drugs (specifically with the intention of self-realization and connection to the divine) 5. Gradual introduction to Meditation (whatever method suits you) I hope this can help even one person with their anxiety. Much love

All week God has been speaking to me about peace...that’s not just a calm state but it also means to be complete/whole. I was overtly religious before to the point of my own detriment, asking the right questions, purging my sins, being the perfect christian, and putting God above al else. It broke me. Instead of thinking how to get there or how to win God, have faith instead in the belief that "Nothing will stop God from reaching you." I wish people who are religious would turn into spirituality instead, shadow work is the real thing. Ascension and chakras are real and I learned it the hard way. I invoked the most high, bet my life on it, and the biblical God nor Jesus didn't show up, an entity messed with my chakra above my head while napping when I did it. I learned that Jesus and God of the bible aren't supreme or what they claim to be.
