You don't have to understand Spanish to understand the TC: you just have to understand the sound of the V6 inline (maybe they will be V8 in 2025). The races are officially broadcast on the state channel "TV Pública" on Sundays from 9/10 AM (Argentina time) and by 'Ezequiel Transmisiones' on YT (clandestinely).

The last ever race held on roads was back in 1997. Instead, the last multiple-days stage race was held in 1986.

The craziest Turismo Carretera race ever was the 1948 South American GP that started in Buenos Aires and finished in Caracas (yes, 9,576 km; 5,950 miles of racing divided in 14 stages!).
