How was your experience. Im a bit worried as the reviews was so bad?

@@mrsbegum3818 to be honest don’t book, it was in August and it was hot where there were a lot of flies and the food wasn’t up to standard. But we found a few restaurants like 10-15 min walk away from the hotel which was yummy. The excursion was great we booked with the hotel. If you booked already you just have to make it fun that’s what we did.

How were the hotel rooms? There were lots of complaints about cleaning? How it's very dirty?

@@mrsbegum3818 No, our room was clean everyday and water was left for us. We had the room at the back our view was land. I hear the room that are located with pool views smells I don’t know if it’s because of the pool or water damp, but our room was clean and tidy everyday and we had fresh air when we open the balcony door also we left the air-con on so our room was cold and nice

We booked our rooms but feel a bit worried because I don't know how to contact the hotel to comfirm and the hotels not responded to emails

@@mrsbegum3818 sorry I don’t but there was a person every day who you can book with at the hotel. Just ask the reception and they will tell you the time when the tour guide will be there.
