That was so great, thank you to both speakers and I really enjoyed Mary's demonstration and discussing how turkey blankets are made. So impressive! Thank you to those who make these presentations available to the public.

Thank you Mary! I'm certain that you're spot on with the blanket growing with you till the end. Fantastic work!

I wonder if putting a large patch of the turkey blanket textile on the bottom of sandals will dampen your sound for hunting?

Thank you so much Mary 💓. I appreciate ur knowledge. It's so fascinating the work u do. All ur hard work. U bring our ancestors back to life. I have always been interested in turkey blankets. Idk why... but when I first heard about it, I've always wanted one. Asquali.. I'm from Hopi.

In your other video on Turkey blanket you mentioned making fans from wings. How is the wing preserved? Tail too. So much of the bird is wasted. And these parts are very useful if the limb could be preserved. I could only find taxidermy and they said birds are to fatty to preserve. Love hearing about the harvesting of the feathers live.

thank you for great talk. I wonder if the cordage from yucca would be just as good if you just cut the top and bottom then pull out fibers
