A proper baklava can't be so cheap like 70TL/kg. :)

What means "proper baklava" for you sir?

@@VankoJr quality of the butter in the pastry preperation, quality and quantity of the pistachios and wallnuts in the ingredients, beet sugar i/o corn glucose in the syrup are the main elements. A good baklava is around 300-400TL/kg. Don't get me wrong. It's a question of production cost. I recently bought even tulumba for 160TL/kg.

To be honest, i really really liked the one i tried, but maybe if i have the opportunity to try from the more expensive ones, i will definitely do it. Thanks for the information 😇
