I went to Turkey many years ago and went for a Hammam I have to say it was quite simply the most relaxing thing I have ever experienced. It’s heavenly/ divine I would definitely recommend this, you won’t be disappointed

Male bonding and bathing and helping out each other in male energy is divine, ancient and natural. It increases male strength in order to!be a better man and look out for women and children. Men/men together is very important.

@@discoverbodywork I wonder what they are expected to wear, as they are usually the ones who are expected to be modest, unlike the freedom of men, such as I saw with men & boys on Gaza beach one day in boxer shorts while the women went into the water fully clothed in black in the scorching hot sun with heads covered, as I was able to see easily through the wire border fence.

​​@@scented-leafpelargonium3366 Hey there I was a hijabi before and stopped it due to a chronic disease making it difficult for me to wear stuff and chages of religious thoughs.Those black stuff ,which is called haşama, actually is not hot ,in fact they keep you cold because you are wet all the time so you need to dry yourself with a towel despite hot weather. But cleaning them is a pain in the ass especially if you wanna burried under the sand or play with sand. Women wear thwm only in mixed pools or hotels. Also flowy black,white clothing or hijab is increadibly better for hot weathers due to air circulation when I had hijab I was sweating and getting hot a lot less. But your vit d levels plummet but they take some time to put like 5 minutes if you dont care more if you care like makeup. And no women are not modest in hamams since men and women part is separated most just come with bikinis and normal swimsuits.I myself wear half haşama both with women and men even after opening up but I am a bit unique in this case. Older women even just go naked when they wash making children pretty much traumatised😅

In one shot you can see how much dead skin was loosened and scraped off the guy. After you leave a hamam you tend to get 2 tones lighter in skin color. (even pink at first if you are already very white)

Men and women are welcome, but usually cleansed in separate areas. You do keep the pestemal (towel) on during the entire experience.
