Fun behind-the-scenes look Hans. I now have one or more QCX radios, different models and revisions for 80, 60, 30, 20, and 17-meters. My total count is now up to ten. Some are in a camping go-box and others are in use from my shack. I actually make more QCX contacts than using my full-power rigs.

Already have 40 and 80 meters QCX and love it. Next year (finger cross) I am planning to early retirement from UK to Karamursel- Kocaeli which is my hometown in Turkey. Already have a couple of acres of land above the Marmara sea and put my 80 meter wire antenna between 100 years old chestnut trees. I know the situation at the present time is not ideal in Turkey but Wish you all the best.

Great peek into your HQ! If I may give some unsolicited advice: clip the leads of components prior to soldering, otherwise you may introduce stress in the solder joints when cutting. 73!

Hi Hans, I hope you're doing well. It's seems you moved to Turkey and producing your products in Turkey ( Hayırlı olsun ) I want to order QCX + 5w transreciever kit. Do you have any chance as a domestic delivery to Istanbul ? ( e.g. from Antalya to Istanbul, probably you moved to Antalya or near, like other European origin movers 😂😂😂) as you know, we can live some problems while Turkish custom prodecure at personal import to Turkey. 73

Never thought you are residing in Turkey with family at the time were I subscribed to the channel but yeah Turkey is nice please to live but how about doing hi-tech business there ?!...

Hi Ahmed, well apart from the sunshine and nice life, we have all the necessary requirements for my business: electricity, internet, postal services, and people. Meanwhile I can get many of the necessary tools and electronic components locally, quickly and inexpensively; those that I can't, I import. In many ways, since Turkey is somewhat behind UK, US in the demise of electronics and repair businesses, it is EASIER here. But we live in a global economy anyway. There is no problem for me at all, doing a hi-tech business in Turkey!

How many years have we been waiting for the long ago promised QSX? Too f'n many!

Obviously my original estimates were optimistic, and couldn't have predicted intervening personal, business and global circumstances. Nevertheless promises were neither made, nor broken...

Digger D: give it a rest, what gives you the right to feel so entitled that you can whine about a product that isn't even released? Also to be so rude as to do it on a completely unrelated video about a different topic. Have the company taken your money from you for the QSX? No. Does not having one in your hand impact your life whatsoever? No. Are there scores of other transceivers that offer similar functionality that you can buy right now? Yes. So get a grip, spend your money on a similar product like the Elecraft KX2 or Steve Weber's Mountain Topper - if you can't afford those then wait until Hans' TINY company comes up with something and stop moaning about it until they do!
