Do you still prewash/rinse rice or no?

No, since this rice is already prewashed when packaged and we want to keep as much of the starch as possible (so that it forms easily into a pudding). You can quickly rinse the rice if required (since we understand not all rice may be prewashed) , but definitely no need to thoroughly wash as we do for other rice dishes. Hope this helps 😊
