Transcript is a compulsory document so I suggest you first try to get it from your school. If all efforts fail, then you can combine results (of your last 3 years of highschool) into a pdf and upload as transcript. Make sure to let them know why you couldn't get your transcript and what you uploaded instead in the "additional item" section.

That means you will not have your diploma yet. What i think you can do is ask your school to give you a document predicting your grades and you upload that as your diploma. Then write in the "additional info" section that you expecting your diploma by March. Or you can apply with your transcripts alone.

If you are applying for Masters or PhD, there would be Research Proposal there. It is necessary to fill that. If you are applying for Undergraduate, there would be only the " additional info" section, and it is not necessary to fill that.

Please how did you fill the "grade type" and "grade" under the high school section(WAEC)?

In that section, there are 2 questions on Grade: 1. Grade Type 2. Grade For Grade Type, you can choose 100 or A1-F9 -9 point system If you choose 100, you would see 2 blanks (Grade and Grade). In the first blank, fill the value you get by calculating your WAEC result's percentage. *** You can calculate the percentage by taking A1 as 10 up to C6 as 5, add up the 5 most relevant courses and multiply by 2 to get your percentage. Please note that this method is not a verified method by Turkiye Burslari, it's just what we were also taught so you can decide to use it or not. *** Now back to filling in the blanks. After calculating, let's say you get 93.50. in the first blank, type 94. In the second blank, type 50. By the right, it will show what you typed, e.g 93,50. The comma is the same as a full stop in Turkish so you don't need mind it. Otherwise, If you choose to use the A1-F9 system, simply fill in the grade blank with the average grade of your result.

Then you can fill in the details of your Secondary education to the Middle School section, and High Secondary Education to High school. After finishing high school, you get a certificate of graduation right? That's what you should upload as Diploma under high school.
