It sucks that this band broke up. They were awesome. Incredible live shows. Most of the former band members have been touring with Adrian Belew and Jerry Harrison doing Talking Heads tunes though, which is pretty cool.

Never forget seeing these guys for the first time at the "Stir Fry" music festival (along with Zack Deputy for the first time as well). Amazing live performers! That's kind of my litmus for the talent of a group. Some groups sound great on album, but live...not so much. Turkuaz is NOT one of those bands.
