Blitz how Anthony is supposed to work is that he'll point you to one of the top 3 remaining oil pockets unfortunately he's apparently glitched and he just points you to a random one not sure whether or not it's fixed and whether you have the patched version if it is but yea that might be why either that or all remaining lands have almost no oil
