Cause I mean...the dude works in a Card Shop and Gear Chronicle has been established as an official clan so Shin probably could've hooked him up with some good GC Units. Probably not as good as the Chronodragons he lost but whatever, still something to fight with. Also he still has all his old cards from the first 2 seasons. Like Chronoscommand Dragon and Epoch Maker and Faterider. Literally has no shortage of G units lol.
