How is this different to Adetailer which has been out for many months?

This has more options and control, but they both work the same way. I can't remember right now, but I don't think Adetailer does whole bodies. It was missing something I needed when I made this video.

I don't use comfy very often. I have so many nodes installed that its bloated and so confusing for a causal user such as myself. I only use it when something new comes out that I can test and compare it to Forge. But I'll put it in the queue!
