I hate APM combos. In paper Magic the Gathering, you can explain the loop. In Hearthstone, animations stop you from executing the loop effectively while the timer is determining if you win or lose.

It was made when echo was a wild keyword which they don't like to bring to standard so that means that this card can ignore the rule "echoed cards cant cost less than 1" so you can't play infinite 0 cost echo cards
