Nice job! Im doing the same thing but in a 20x25 garage. Its got no power and climate though. So i got lights running off of 2 Milwaukee batterys and a generator for everything else. I run a 240v 60 gallon air compressor off of the generator too. I wish i could find a garage like yours. Im only paying 100 a month for it though

I live in NC, and after every job now my only mission is to ride around and pull up my competitors signs. Not all my competitors just the one idiot that advertises house wash $85....2 story $145.....I got permission from the city and they told me that any sign that isn't on personal property is considered in violation of code so before you other splash and dashers get your panties in a wad I'm ONLY helping to keep NC beautiful....so take your next two $85 jobs and go buy more signs... you're gonna need um!!! Doing the same thing for my business right now, not quite as big as your unit but perfect for what I need. Storage place is 30 seconds from my house and I already rent a unit its just full of shit i dont need, in the process of cleaning all that stuff out and moving my tools and equipment there, gonna be nice to have everything all organized in one spot and have my equipment out of the weather when I dont need it

rather than putting a small nut in the screw hole, take a small piece of wooden dowel rad, stick it in the hole and run the screw in. I use that method all the time when when we find a loose shutter on a brick house.
