Insults are often destructive.
Sometimes we think a lot and spending hours about the incident and have vivid ill thoughts about this issue.

Don't be emotional every time.
Stay away from music, Instead play the game.
Try to be in motion, The man who is in motion tends to have less mental issues.
Understand the situation, Try to learn from it, and move on.
You must believe in the fact that life is not easy, It will never be.
Be yourself, Do your best.
Don't attach yourself with the people(This is important).
Always try to improve yourself.
Once this attitude builds within you. You will have a rock-solid mindset and nobody will shake you.
