Another benefit of this system is that is automatically increases a vehicles ground clearance by a LOT! That alone provides great benefits when going through deep snow.

What an amazing yet fairly simple idea for resolving a lot of issues that residents in isolated or rural areas have to contend with in severe weather. For some in fact just normal heavy seasonal weather can cause all sorts of problems. I really hope this catches on & finds success, not only will it ease the burdens of many people in these types of areas, I can see it literally being a life saver in some instances.

I kind of wish we had easier access to snow here in Australia, it does not snow in our cities or suburbs, but it does snow on our mountains, but it's at least a 1-2 hour drive to the closest place that snows near me, and I have to go around 1am on the coldest nights to see it. Otherwise I have to drive across country to our taller mountains and I can see it anytime during winter.

1. It's super heavy, 357 LB per piece and not easy to load, unload, transfer ...etc. 2. Installation is not that easy and takes at least 10 minutes, this if you do it right from the first time. 3. Price is $$$$ 4. I've watched a video of dismantling and it has a lot of parts, making it uneasy to maintain. 5. It looks that it limits the ability of vehicle to speed. In brief, the concept is great, however it needs a lot of improvement before it becomes reliable.
