I think old sheeting/ cotton/ linen has endless possibilities - I have used it for stamping on, using archival quality inks. If you tea dye it first and you use some of your Earthtones pads, you'd get a great result.

I love how you created these backgrounds with the crinkly layers! I collect and cut out lots of botanical ephemera and this is a wonderful way to make a bunch of tags or card fronts all at once. I am loving these videos using book pages to make the substrate. I have never bothered much with stitching before but I am learning to love it through these videos, especially on the journal covers and journaling cards I've made following previous videos. Joie, such beautiful tags. I have started using your method with the book pages and am loving it! As far as fabric is concerned is I basically use it like card. With fabri-tac you can back it onto card stock and make tags, pockets, covers, bookmarks etc. Hugs and blessings, 🤗❤️🇨🇦

Definitly use fabric/ multi purpose glue. Glue sticks don't hold products down for a long time. ☺️☮️🌈 i love finding lace @ thrift stores and different scarves! Fabrics for an inside front or back cover. Wallpapers are cool too 🥰

I love the smooshing technique - esp with water colours or Distress Inks.. I must try this over the weekend. I always watch your videos and start to have a go... OR I have a long list of what I want to do...I just run out of time.. Although I have just got a free book with lots of wildlife picture birds etc.. so will try and use that as my inspiration!
