Thank you so much. I needed to quantum leap backwards 2 years into the past to get information for 2024 to know how to reduce the sensitivity level for the lane departure warning.

My lane tracing assist only works part of the time. Brought to my dealer twice and no answer. Out of 150 mile ride on I35 might work 20 miles of it. Any ideas?

Nobody can tell me what the actual effect of turning down the sensitivity does other than it makes “it” less sensitive. Please help

It decreases the amount of feedback you feel in the steering wheel. It's a less dramatic "push" or "pull"

@@jimbob4456This Lta indicator is the dumbest feature in the history of cars. Every 10 seconds i'm driving it's beeping. If you need this feature, you shouldn't be driving. I hope Toyota has a way to disable this feature on my 2023 Camry. There's no way in history I'm driving this car with all this beeping. I would rather trade it in for a Honda Accord.

Why is it not an issue around town on flat lands. It is an issue when we are doing a lot of highway driving with construction?
@lakecharlestoyota Жыл бұрын
This system uses onboard cameras to see the painted lanes and when construction zones deviate from the striped lanes, the system doesn't know where your vehicle belongs. I agree with you that it's frustrating.

@@lakecharlestoyota lol thanks for your reply but you didn't answer the question. I know what Jessica points out at :36 seconds... ´but I want it to be always off, I DONT WANT TO KEEP TURNING IT OFF EVERYTIME I TURN ON THE CAR. The system is quite annoying and dangerous. Honestly TOYOTA should do something about it it´s really not a so-called safety feature more like DANGEROUS FEATURE that can make you crash. Thanks!!

Im starting to think I cant turn it off at all. Nobody actually shows how to turn it all the way off. And no the button at 36 seconds only turns off the departure. It doesn't stop it from steering the wheel on its own thats incredibly scary I hate it so much
