I agree with Dolores in that her gift is hardly a blessing. She is forced to listen to everything, even the man of her dreams saying he’ll propose to her cousin. That hurts. Pepa and Dolores’s gifts are curses. Bruno’s might even be a curse too since it forced him out of the family. Poor Dolores! I feel like she just needs a hug. She isn’t very grateful though, because at the end of the movie when Mirabel gets Mariano talking to Dolores, Dolores doesn’t thank Mirabel. She pushes her to the side and talks to Mariano. Also, when everyone was looking for Mirabel after the magic broke, I bet Dolores was happy that she didn’t have to hear everything, and at the end when the magic is restored, on the door with everyone, they are all smiling except Dolores, who is frowning because she has to hear everything again.
