Turn Your Leftover Baby Puree Into Taste-Safe Playdough & Boba Pearls!!!

Baby Food Playdough/Boba Recipe: In small bowl: 4oz of any puree (1/4 cup) 1/2 tbsp sugar Mix In separate bowl: 4 tbsp corn starch 2 tbsp water Mix together Put both in a pot over the stove Cook low heat until it bunches together like dough Place dough onto a plate of cornstarch Mix flour into the dough (careful, it’s hot!) STOP here if you’d like to use it as play dough To continue making boba: Shape the dough into tiny balls Drop the balls onto the cornstarch as you go to keep them from sticking together Once all the balls are made, put them in a strainer and shake off the excess cornstarch Set them aside Bring 2 cups of water to a simmer Add the boba pearls Cook 3-4 mins on medium Reduce heat and cook an additional 4-6 minutes Strain Add pearls to bowl of ice cold water to prevent sticking To make the syrup, put 1 cup of water, 1/2 cup sugar, and 1tsp lemon juice into pot Bring to a boil Add boba and cook until the syrup is reduce to a thick mixture Remove from stove and enjoy!
