God is my plan: I will be taken to the Medical Examiner's' office. There is no payment to be seen by a county Pathologist to sign a death certificate.

OMG Healthcare just doesnt make retire easier, they still have to go through all the headache trying to find the best option. There should be a standardized coverage to everyone period.

I'm 64, and I'm still working, and have good health insurance. Do I need to pay for ANYTHING for Medicare?!?

You said it!!! it takes YEARS to understand, yet at the most crucial time of my life I will receive a Life Time penalty for missing the initial enrollment and not understanding Medicare...

If you don't mind giving me advice, what are your recommendations to avoid any lifetime penalties?

So, I have to pay for something I won't use. 200.00 a month for something I don't need.

You have the choice to not sign up for Medicare. You will need to pay late enrollment penalties if you do not sign up for Medicare when you are first eligible and then decide to enroll at a later date. Here is a link to how the penalties work... Part A is free, part B is the one that cost w/ that penalty. If u don't plan on using part B at all period, than don't worry about it. you want part B after grace period, well you were warned.
@alansach84372 жыл бұрын
@@lunasphinx Yeah, people think, "I'm healthy! I don't need it!" But sooner or later everyone needs medical care. Now if you have another insurance that is going to cover you until your grave, great! But if not, think twice about not signing up, not only for part b, but also for either Advantage or a supplement and part d. Very few stay healthy until they die. Unless you get hit by a truck or keel over to a sudden fatal heart attack!
