You asked what we thought about this video. I loved it. It reminds me of the times I simply take a day, to go thru the shop and put every tool in its place and simply clean up. What you did behind the building made the place look like a million bucks! And, the new and up coming road will be a great improvement for the landowner. Thanks, Mike! Lee

What works for one does not necessarily work for another - good to hear you say why you manage tree felling the way you do. This project is giving you a challenge to which you meet head on and succeed. Cleanup looks tidy and the future for that area will be interesting to see. This is a great project overall.

The ONLY reason for a chainsaw on that Hickory tree was to saw it up so you could save the wood for smoking meat 🙂 It's getting closer and closer to those summer cook outs and that Hickory might come in handy ;-) Nice work Mr DP!!!

I saw a convoy of 3 enormous custom(?) lowboy trailers moving a disassembled Volvo EC 480 today. I think there were a total of 6 vehicles involved. Kinda cool seeing the stick and boom (if that’s what you call that part) filling up a HUGE lowboy trailer. The third lowboy was full of buckets and accessories. This was in central North Carolina (just west of Raleigh) so I looked to see if it had any Let’s Dig 18 stickers on it 😂 I instantly thought you’d like seeing that deal.

Mike, don't apologize for showing good, hard work in any condition, much less during the mud season. I like clearing videos and this one was sweet. I have to say I loved the time lapse at the end of the video, which showed the scope of the work done. Oh, and when it comes to your safety, you are the expert and sole arbiter of what constitutes that. Thanks so much for sharing this with us all. Love being on the journey with you.

I really appreciate your 210, it has amazing breakout force and how smooth you operate. When you work alone like you have been lately. You still get a lot done but you use caution to not get into bad situations from becoming complacent. Keep up the good work Mike and hopefully Arron is back soon helping you. Hope Arron is doing well.

Thanks for sharing your videos, great progress made. No apologies needed for no chainsaw. You and LD18 have always amazed me with your skill to use the excavator as an extension of your hand and simply tear, wad up, and crumple large trees as if they were twigs fallen out of a tree. I’m confident that if my mom was still with us, as a long-standing twig collector for the wood stove she also would of been a fan of the channel. Looking forward to seeing how things turn out. That is an amazing spring coming out of the hill. Depending on how often it runs I’d probably want you to try and sneak a millpond in between the hill and road for a small micro hydro plant. There’s a company in Alaska that has quite a nice selection available on line. Wishing you and your family the best.

The biggest takeaway from watching Mike , Chris , Arron, Matt etc work is that there's a solution to doing what you want with a piece of property. Or at the very minimum, it gives you an idea of what can be done and you can then ask the question when consulting with your earth moving contractor. ❤🙏🏼 Stay safe out there
