I mistakenly said the slabs should be 3mm for the farfalle and croissants but it should be 2mm! For raviolis, 1.5mm slabs doubled to make 3mm!

Have you ever tried using acrylic gouache? I find it less gummy and more opaque than acrylic, perfect for miniatures. I Iove your style and your stuffy is adorable.

Well, first of all, I just wanted to say I'm so very sorry you had to shoot so many times. You're a beautiful woman. I understand, though. I recently offered free crochet classes. My son is a videographer & he wanted me to be able to offer them videos if needed. My first one took me at least 10 takes. After that, I decided that if they were coming to judge me & not learn it's not about this video anyway. Going forward, one take & it was a wrap.😊 What do I think of AI? I'm a 67 year old woman & I love it!! I use it almost daily. Last but by no means least, your pasta. Seriously, you did an outstanding job!!
