Hard disagree to anyone who says invested 3rd augment. The value he is getting with the randiuns is huge plus the anomaly. If you take invested 3rd you are playing a gold and a prismatic augment down (as they are both econ and not combat oriented) which means your win con becomes 3 star 4 cost. In theory it would cap out higher but you wouldn’t make it as late into the game as he does without the randiuns. As well, it’s way too risky in a high elo lobby where everyone will cap high.Maybe in plat/ gold you can get away with invested but not at the top ranks. Lastly, he was good for econ cuz of 2nd augment and Mels blessing, so the worth of invested is less.

It's tough to see Boxbox being so negative at the beginning. Sure 15 gold could be the difference between Zoe 2 and not Zoe 2, but he's beating himself up as if it already happened. Hard to watch.

Maybe he could have hit earlier causimg the person who won to have taken more damage so they wouldnt have hit ambessa 3. We dont know but it is definetely a big difference for high elo lobbies.

I’m pretty sure the trick to forward thinking is liquidating your gold to units and selling them after you take the augment so you still get some interest.

Because you need combat stats. You already have an economy augment and blessing gave gold. He got lv 10 and maxed out his bord only a lv 3 4 cost would have made the difference but he might not have hit without the defense stats from randuins. He needed to tempo it at that point. Invested is a slow augment. It would be better early game if you are playing late game.

I don't know if you will agree but I believe invested in the 3rd augment was so perfect you could've got lvl 10 and you know you will get extra gold from the encounter and you will have some free rolls too so I think it was better but wp anyway

He still got lv 10 and he needed tempo because of the comp he was playing. If you are playing something like bronze for life with only 5 cost units then it might be a good choice to hit all your 2 stars. But you really need offensive/defensive stats
