I love that Gallagher's drink is inspired by Soulglad, because in the game he HATES it and refuses to serve that in his bar, so it feels fitting that he would came up with his own "better, tastier Soulglad" recipe lmaooo

Fun Fact: Himeko's previous iteration from Honkai Impact 3rd, Himeko Murata, was addicted to alcohol rather than coffee! So making an alcoholic coffee fits her extremely well.

Himeko is one of a handful of characters who have alternate versions in previous hoyo games. Honkai impact 3rd’s Himeko had a similar (if not worse) relationship with alcohol as her HSR variant has with coffee, so starting with her is very fitting

I heard this advice somewhere recently, and I don't know actually how hard it is, but, apparently, if you get room tone with the AC on it makes it easier to edit out so you can keep the AC on.

Try the Dan Heng: IL 90mls of Jasmine tea (concentration your pick, can be stronger or weaker) 30mls of vodka 30mls of st germain ice shake strain and pour Topped with a dash or two or soda water Ganish with a flower It's light, the elder flower really shines through and is fragrant, the tea is sweet and of course, very DH:IL and chinese Give it a try :)

It might interest you, but there's an anime running this season called Bartender Glass of God. I highly recommend it, it discusses Japanese vs European styles of classic cocktails, but also has very nice slice of life stories going on.

the best part of mixed drinks is the abstract feeling or presence so to speak. one of the correlations i draw it too is like a beer from small breweries and tbh a lot of them rely on the presence of citrus or fruit... but with mixed drinks the liquor with the presence of things like lemon or orange are truly the best types of drinks for me. as an avid star rail player and mixed drink player i am def gonna have some of these. love your vids they make me wanna be a bartender lol

I always love your mixing videos! As for cocktails to try from Genshin Impact, i think i would love to get your oppinion on Kaeya's favorite drink of choice "Death in the Afternoon" because i've heard that it has absinthe (!?) As for other Genshin characters i would say go wild? Maybe a Diona inspired cocktail, and a virgin cocktail with grapes for Diluc since funny enough the winery owner does NOT like alcohol.

A few characters have drinks already, it would be cool to see your interpretation of those! Hoyofair had an event called Jazz Night for some of the Penacony characters (Sunday, Robin, Acheron, etc). I know Sunday’s drink was called White Gentleman, can’t remember the rest of them.
