Jojo pulls a page from Pokemon and make alternate forms, of the Spooky variety. It be cool if they also had slight alterations to their abilities but that might just over complicate the idea, or maybe be the most ambitious thing possible.

I was thinking about a potential stand called "chain of fools" Power A, Speed B-A, Range C-B, Durability ?, Precision B, Potential A. Its a stand made of gloves that fit on the stand users hands and grants the user the powers of the stand, the stand user is also able to shoot out its gloves/stand-fists out and out the gloves comes chains that connects the stands users hands with its stand and, said chain can whip around and enemy and chain them, with said chains. Hope this gives you some inspiration, you dont have to follow the description just wanted to give you an idea😅
