Turning my cat into a TSNE plot

Like me, you have probably wondered how to turn your beloved pet into a TSNE plot in python. Here I give you that solution.
I teach you how to run a TSNE on your own data matrix and plot it. I also cover numpy and matplotlib usage in addtiton to basic python scripting.
No animals were harmed in the making of this video.

But how did you make your awesome intro photo to tsne animation??

Basically the same thing. But I took the before and after positions of each point and plotted them along a line to move them back and forth.
