Girl, you crack me up 😂 I just had to say that first! Secondly, that cow skull piece behind you has literally been my ALL TIME favorite project that you've ever done. So much so, that I bought the transfer and have saved it until I get my hope chest back from my ex husband and I'm going to try and sorta replicate what you did! Which transfer did your florals for that project come from? Lastly, you are SUCH an inspiration and you never, ever disappoint! Thank you for always showing up, even when you're super ill, nauseous, and prego... You literally keep me on my toes and reaching for the stars! I partially worked on atleast half a dozen PROJECTS today trying to keep up with you and did about 59,000 laps around the house in my wheel chair!!! ❤❤❤

I think the patchy crackle detracts from the look. One way of preventing it is to, after you decide the places you want the crackle to be prominent, keep going and apply a thin coat to the entire object. I know this is six months ago, but, A way to fix what you have now without repainting is to apply dark, colored, or black wax to the entire piece--clear wax first, of course. Or sand and paint over lol

Hello Sammi, as an Interior Designer I have watched your videos off and on so I am not sure what decor style you are most associated with but the angel wall piece and the angel picture which are a bit classic is right up my alley!.. I can tell you thru the years of my twenties, thirties etc...my design tastes have definately evolved and changed. Maybe yours are too. Loved the tin wall panel with the red/turquoise. You always do a great project no matter what style it is. Keep on keeping on. :)

All 3 projects were gorgeous, Sammie. Favorite was probably the pressed tin. I love the look of Old 57 but unfortunately it doesn't go with anything else in my decor. It would stick out like a sore thumb. But the tin was so pretty❤

Haha doesn’t go with anything in mine either so it’s headed to the booth. That’s what is so hard when you resell because not everyone will have that color but I always think to myself - it only takes one person

How do u know when to use top coat or clear wax

I really think it’s preference. Using a wax will give you that original matte look of the paint and big top will give you kind of a satin finish and make the paint color a smidge darker. Whenever it’s something that will be touched a lot I personally like sealing it with big top. It’s more of a hard finish
