自己當廚師的經驗：肉類建議是攤平進冰箱，確定均勻冷凍後再疊起來存放，否則很常會發生外面已冷凍，但是內層卻因無法接觸冷氣未及時降溫而腐壞的情形，盡量別把肉捏成整坨的進冰箱

這樣很省錢，不過塑膠瓶底下的數字決定瓶子如何用。我看您用的都是PET,PET使用10個月後會有一些不好物質。找瓶底5號比較安全

很贊同不需要再多買保鮮盒, 用現有容器改造來裝的想法, 但是已經有夾鏈袋包著的食材, 就不需要再倒出來裝瓶了吧, 畢竟用保鮮膜封口的密封性不如夾鏈袋

這個我覺得大部分本來就已經夠整齊方便了如果不是非常追求的每個包裝要一致又沒那麼勤奮的就不需要刻意換成寶特瓶🤣甚至原包裝袋比較不佔空間用瓶子裝即使份量減少了還是會需要佔一個瓶子的位置裝麵條跟米的可以直接瓶蓋拴緊這個主意很棒～

比較講究的人就用玻璃，再說真的玻璃容易破，我用金屬罐裝，缺點是不透明。現在市面上賣的容器，並沒有在區分食物不食物。

冰箱內出風口前記得要留一點空間通風，不要瓶子全往出風口緊貼，冷氣送出來又被堵回去冰箱很容易就壞掉(我們公司小冰箱就是這樣壞掉的)。 5:55處的畫面可以看到上層玻璃靠近內側出風口有水滴凝結的現象，照理來說水滴應該凝結在打開的冰箱門這側才是，畢竟室外較熱會有溫差導致水滴凝結，因此可以推論內側冷氣被擋在內部而無法外擴至整層冰箱，導致該層冷熱不平均就造成水滴凝結在冰箱內側的現象了。

冰箱隔板玻璃上水滴凝結，是因為我為了拍攝長時間拔掉電源導致的😂 ，不過我覺得就像您提到的，不能塞滿冰箱是對的～

個人覺得米跟麵條這樣收納很棒，其他食材保存方式還好，寶特瓶切口也可以用火燒圓潤還有就是這款保鮮膜其實不容易購買，一般超市根本買不到

我也是買不到保鮮膜，所以用一樣的瓶子底部剪下當瓶蓋，兩個瓶子可以扣起來，雖不能密封，但比保鮮膜環保

建議把寶特瓶橫放，口朝外，貼紙貼在保鮮膜上，這樣拿後面東西的時候，才不用把前面的瓶子全都拿出來。

保特瓶再利用有一定次數，八成是材質不耐放，還會釋放某些化學物質！真的，寧可花錢買好的保鮮盒環保在於減量，而非再利用，正確觀念很重要

確實減量是正確的觀念，不過生活中，難免會有「已經產生的」塑膠瓶 ( 比方說家人買的、臨時有需要時買的、朋友聚餐一起添購的大瓶飲料等等 ) 針對這些已經產生的塑膠瓶，能夠多使用他們一陣子，再進入回收，也是讓手上的塑膠提高利用度、讓他的一生更有價值我自己會這樣做：減少購買寶特瓶類的飲料、塑膠類的手搖杯，盡量自己帶水、或是購買紙杯或紙盒飲料難免外出逛街或是公司請吃下午茶產生的飲料瓶，如果材質好就會留下來不添購冷水瓶(減量)，而是使用上述留下來的瓶子，多使用幾次用到差不多了，丟棄時也不心疼，我們也盡力讓這個寶特瓶的一生更有價值了紙袋、塑膠袋，都會盡量做到二次使用，減少額外的添購可以使用紙袋收納，就盡量不添購塑膠收納盒絕不使用吸管、盡可能使用環保筷 (避免使用塑膠餐具) 我認為減量跟再利用是不衝突，可以同時並進的~ 從頻道的影片來觀察的話，我願意相信頻道主應該是有這個觀念的 ( 不過我也蠻認同你說的，食材要用好的保鮮盒來保存。我自己是使用玻璃保鮮盒 ) 我們一起愛地球

@@user-rg7fo4ct8b нужно использовать теплый утюг , не надо его раскалять. Мой нагревается быстро. Я ставлю на минимальную температуру и включаю в сеть. И сразу прислоняю пластик. При нагревании вы увидите как края банки скругляются во внутрь. Манипуляция занимает минуту не больше

Rice and other grains in bottles has been my go to for over 20 years. I finally upgraded to the Simply Juice bottles or the Pure Leaf Iced Tea bottles. I just asked neighbors to save bottles for me, then i danitized them. ❤

乾糧的保質期會比較長，所以我不貼有效期限，少囤貨盡快吃掉。像牛奶、酸奶等保質期短的食品，有效期限我都寫在冰箱門上的白板紙上，這樣既方便紀錄有效期日，又可以不打開冰箱也能知道到期時間，kzbin.info/www/bejne/fZuvpoeNnN2efbs 這部影片裡出現過。

The great thing about it. is that the container are tall and see through? And they don't take much space because they're going vertical.I You also didn't have to spend any money . The bottles that you had in the house.
