this took me about 4 days of about 15 minute practice intervals (my work has a little gym with mirrored walls so i go in and shut the lights off and play with my led poi for break) and then i realized i was doing it inspin. this was very helpful! i watch all your videos and there's so many things i'm itching to learn! thanks!

Are u n a tree house? That over look view into the woods looks like a great place to jus escape from reality. Y'all needa zipline. Thank U for all your helpful tips. I really appreciate everything n everyone that's keepin it flowing n spreading the light. I feel I can't stop the flow, it's litterly the only thing that I got left to hold on to. When i turn in antispin split time i find myself on the other side with same direction same time...this is so frustrating,does someone have any tips?
