Loved this! What type of weighted band would you recommend for this? In terms of the pounds of resistance on the band.

HI Emm, the strength of the band is personal as to how challenging you'd like to make the workout. I used a medium level resistance band and that was definitely enough for me! Happy training! 🧡

Great question ✨ It depends on multiple factors such as your lifestyle, goals, time available to train. There are over 12+ programs to join on the TLB app which are a great blueprint to follow. Is recommend starting with the 3 month Lean & Strong program ☀️
