Might be in a minority but I much prefer to hear of the good customers compared to the bad. As someone who's always been straight up with car dealers it's nice to not be reminded as to why the trade can be (justifiably) cynical sometimes.

Typical E Bay we sold on for years and picked up a lot of our work, then EBay changed things but quite often you got people with a bad attitude or just wasted our time, so we don't bother selling on there anymore.
