Turntable Chain Driven Live Roller (CDLR) Conveyor System CAD Design

A conceptual design of a turntable CDLR conveyor system. Designed by me using Solid Edge 2023.
Chain driven live roller conveyor system is a type of mechanical conveying system where a series of carriers (usually made of rollers) are connected together with a chain. The chain moves each carrier along the conveyor, allowing for the transportation of materials or goods. CDLR systems are ideal for transporting medium to heavy loads at controlled speeds for many industries. Typical loads that CDLR conveyor moves include loaded pallets, tires, drums and totes.
A turntable conveyor is a specific type of conveyor system that allows for products to be rotated in a circular motion. The conveyor is typically a round platform that rotates using a motor or manual power. Products are loaded onto the platform and can be rotated to specific angles, allowing for more efficient handling of products. Turntable conveyors are commonly found in the packaging, manufacturing, and transportation industries.
