Agree! (1) They need a VIN analysis system. Dont rely on someone typing it in and don’t have a clean process in Planck to fix human error. (2) To penalize a host if a customer don’t leave a review is illogical. That’s not an industry standard for a reason. If a customer doesn’t leave a review, don’t mean it’s bad. Who in Turo thinks like this?!

Main reason I don’t like that part of the rating system is because when Turo and the rest of these apps ask me “How You Liking The App So Far?” I don’t answer. My usage and the fact I’m not complaining I the review should suffice and count as a positive.

Keep making videos like this please. I'm sure it will get the word back to Turo. Its not right to screw the good hosts over like this. I had 100% positive feedback for almost 2 years. I go above and beyond for every single trip and Guest. Now im barely scraping by and watching my ratings go lower and lower. They have weaponized the review system against the hosts. Not cool.
