Nice! This sounds so close I can't believe it's recreated from scratch.

Thank you very much! This is mostly recreated straight from the .gbs registers dump. Accuracy was crucial for making a fully functional transcription, and I am very happy of how it worked out. I wrote a few more details in the description regarding how I made it.

@@VinsCool That's what I thought. Still, it sounds great for being on a different sound chip. Perhaps the bass a bit too loud, but it translated nicely.

@@McAlby to be fair it might be my fault for that, I intentionally mixed in the Triangle channel for beefier bass, but I might have made it a little too loud as a side effect, oops! Thank you for the kind comments!

Hm... I found a N64 soundtrack, but cannot find this one. The 5th Track "Retaliation" is just 15 seconds.... The tune is nicely done, but I would like to hear the original for a comparision :)

Cough ... cough .... 3 channel tune ... cough. Some chance for some POKEY tune of this ? As you might have seen, POKEY can do different streams at the same time. So the 2 pulse channels coud be put together. and so on.... And btw. the start reminds me a lot .... I don't know the original tune, but it is a part in this demo: Do you know the original ? kzbin.info/www/bejne/gKmlmmpupdWIjpYsi=_PvSyeeZdwhpHTjy&t=1443 Must be some "Hülsbeck/Vaca" tune.... I guess.
