The Ps5 and Ps4 give you choices as to where power is supplied to in 'rest mode' so the battery can be charged. You can even choose how long to provide power

FYI, for anyone buying any high end headsets please do the firmware updates to them before reviewing or forming an opinion on how they perform. Most of the comments I read in here sounds like issues people were having with them would all of been fixed with a simple update. I've owned all types of headphones for gaming and unless they are fully analog, they will require firmware updates.

How can i change the audio mix in ps5. I can only adjust the master volume but i cant lower chat volume alone? Audio mix isnt showing for me when connected to ps5

I cannot seem to connect this headset for the life of me, I normally have no problem setting up electricronics like this... I downloaded the audio hub for turtle beach on my MacBook Pro and it would not connect could not find the device, I did also download on my apple phone and it also could not detect, even followed the troubleshooting instructions which were like 3 steps and that did not work as well... please help what can be causing this to happen on my MacBook and other apple devices?? Im just trying to update these suckers please help me out here... thanks so much

Do the xbox version have ps5 3 d audio ?? and also whats the comparison between these vs the Stealth 700 Gen 2 , not the max version bur the regular 700 GEN 2 version , is the audio more better in the pros ?

I have these and I never came across the master volume. Do they increase the overall volume of the headsets.

Most companies need to make an Xbox one because it requires adding a coded chip so it can work with Xbox microphone tech. Bit annoying really. I have the Xbox Nova pro wireless and works on both PlayStation and Xbox. These also have the battery swap which is awesome. When they say Xbox one works on all platforms. It does but it's not official so an update could negate that in the future. Also I hear that the Xbox one on PS may have volume level drops. My nova pros I notice on Xbox it gets louder than the PlayStation. I guess that the PlayStation one is optimised for PlayStation the Xbox is optimised for the Xbox.

Yeah I’m not sure really because all I was provided with was the PlayStation model and I don’t really know exactly how it differs other than working on an Xbox. -Brian

Yes they do, actually most headsets support it, nothing to do with the headset rather the PlayStation doing it’s wizardry. It’s enabled in PlayStation for me and sound great

This headset was an INSTANT RETURN The mic monitoring has a delay which manifests as hearing an echo of yourself when you speak. THIS WAS EFFING MADDENING. And turning off the mic monitoring makes you sound SUPER MUFFLED to yourself because of the tight seal on the earcups. The other problem is it is NOT LAG FREE. I estimate roughly 60-100 milliseconds of latency but that is just a rough human estimate. i didn't measure it. What i DID do was play guitar through it and every note lands a tiny fraction of a second late. Impossible to notice while gaming but this will be an instant no buy for any musician who likes to play through their headset occasionally. The other wireless headsets i own do NOT do this. I suspect it is from their processing being just a tiny bit slower than the others. whatever the case....this was a deal breaker as well. If this doesn't bother you than you might like this headset. It's audio quality was SHOCKINGLY GOOD. Like, i have both steel series arctis pro and nova pro wireless and a Corsair Virtuoso xt. This sounds significantly better than all of them. Unfortunately, those dealbreakers are real

Did you make sure to update the headset using the Turtle Beach desktop app? I’ve not had any of the issues at all that you mention here especially with the mic monitoring.
