Not really, its more that the show seems to make Barry lile a baffoon in front of some vilains like this one. During this season, Barry was several time faster than Sound, while Turtle have nothing superhuman except for his forcefield who slow everything around him, but he need to activate him. So giving him no real way to react to Barry speed if he run toward him while his forcefield is not active. Barry could have ko him several times if he just run before he activate his forcefield, but no, he always stop to talk to the bad guy and make his presence known then run directly into the forcefield like an idiot after Turtle spoke back and activated his forcefield.

Turtle was a pretty cool villain. He did the one thing that other villains didn’t think to do. Other villains, like Reverse Flash, Zoom, Godspeed, and Red Death tried to move faster than the Flash. All of them failed though. Turtle was the only one to think of slowing down the Flash. Making himself “faster” than the Flash.

Yeah, sounds about right. Kinda funny though. Reverse Flash was perfectly comic accurate, if referring to only the speedsters. Zoom was turned into a knockoff Godspeed(Fully masked and stealing other speedsters speed and duplicating himself). They introduced Turtle, who has very similar powers to Zolomon in the comics(manipulation of time instead of having speed). Trajectory became a speedster who keeps taking velocity to go faster when in the comics she couldn't control her speed and was taking it to be able to slow her down to normal speed. Savitar being turned into the Flash from the Future that was a separate character from Savitar. Then we don't talk about Rival or CW Godspeed.

This is how they sgould have done villains more, villains that could actually stand a chance against the flash, there are only a few villains that really make sense against the flash, like other speedsters, that one with teleport, grodd with mind control, and have they ever done someone that can turn invisible? I know they have done a shapeshifter, which makes sense because you can sneak up on him and also he doesnt know which one to attack, some flying villains could stand a chance if they go to a place where he cant reach them, that one with clones was good, because he could exaust him, the one that could turn into a poison cloud could stand a chance realisticly, and maybe some people with really high durability like king shark, at least that is untill he learns to vibrate because that means he can just vibrate trough their skin (unless they are invunerable on the inside to of course)
