I just thought of a good way to buff juggernaut. Add a percentage damage reduction buff to it maybe 6%. It'd go great with OE.

I scrapped another 50 endurance pieces and still can’t get it. It’s my last special to unlock driving me nuts scrapped close to 250 pieces of endurance now

There's no need to increase the caps limit because of a little thing called inflation.

I was just thinking and bethesda should put gold vendors at more faction bases in the game for faction plans like one in the enclave, one at fort atlas, even one at blue ridge caravan more stuff to spend our gold on .

I have been scrapping my legendaries very slowly since day one and have had great luck unlocking plans and dropping mod boxes. I really think players are losing out if they scrap too fast
